How do I view or amend my mailing address?

In your client portal, go to Account → Account Details from the dashboard homepage. Your mailing address (where we forward post) is shown there and can be updated.

When you change it, we are notified automatically. Use the address we hold for forwarding — do not rely on an old address after you amend it.
