How do I view scanned mail in my account?

In your client portal, select the company’s green Status Active button, then open Mail. Scans are listed in reverse chronological order (newest first).

You will also receive email alerts when mail is processed according to your mail-handling settings. If you have no alert, the item may not have been received or processed yet.
