How frequently is mail scanned or forwarded?

MYCO aims to scan eligible mail to your portal or forward physical mail within 2 working days of receipt. International mail is forwarded twice a week.

Timing depends on your mailing preference (scan, post, or collection), whether the item can be scanned, and whether your postal deposit has sufficient funds. HMRC, court, and other official mail follows the same processing where scanning or forwarding is possible.

Some items — such as cheques, original documents, court papers requiring originals, parcels, or items that cannot be scanned — may need physical forwarding and sufficient postal funds instead of portal delivery. If you are expecting urgent or legally time-sensitive mail, contact support in advance with the sender, expected date, and any deadline.
