What does “Accounts/Returns Overdue” on my dashboard mean?

This alert comes from Companies House, not from MYCO. It means Companies House records show that your company’s accounts or confirmation statement are overdue (or appear overdue on their register).

MYCO cannot remove the alert for you — you need to file or update with Companies House. If the alert still shows on your dashboard after you have filed, open the company in your client portal (select the green Status Active entry), then use SYNC on the main menu to refresh Companies House data.
