Where is my company formation form after I order?

If you bought company formation with your order, the Formation Form is added to your client portal only after:

1. Payment is verified by Accounts (allow up to 24 business hours), and
2. KYC is approved by Compliance — allow 1–3 business days once your documents are clear and complete (some cases take longer; see our FAQ on ID verification timing after payment).

Until both are done, the form will not appear. Check your email (including spam) for KYC requests. Do not submit the formation to Companies House until the form is visible and you have completed it.
