How do I correct or update my personal details?
You can update some personal and account details directly in your client portal, such as mailing preferences and certain contact information, depending on what is shown in your account settings.
If you need to correct other personal data, or if a detail is locked because it is linked to KYC, company records, or billing, email contact@mycosupport.co.uk with your full name, account email address, company name and company number if available, and a clear description of what needs to be changed. For security, MYCO may need to verify your identity before making the change.
Some details on public registers, such as Companies House records, may need a separate filing or secretarial service rather than a portal update alone.
