How do I get a VAT invoice or payment receipt?

VAT invoices and receipts are normally emailed after payment. Check spam.

Card payments via Stripe: Stripe sends a payment receipt by email immediately after payment.

Bank transfers and dashboard payments: once a payment has been made, our Accounts Team verifies it and matches it to the correct company. Allow 24 business hours for any payment to take effect. Contacting us immediately after payment will only delay this process.

To reissue an invoice with correct company details, contact support or accounts with your company name, payment date, and billing address. Reissue requests are currently taking around 2–3 weeks to process.
