How do I submit a GDPR or data-access request?

Registered Office (UK) Ltd (trading as MYCO) is the data controller for personal data processed when you use our services. You can ask about personal data held about you, request a copy of your data, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or request deletion where the law allows it.

Email contact@mycosupport.co.uk with your full name, the email address used on your account, your company name and company number if available, and a clear description of the request. For security, MYCO may need to verify your identity before responding.

MYCO aims to respond within one calendar month. If a request is complex, MYCO may need up to a further two months and will explain why.

Some records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention reasons even if you ask for deletion. This can include KYC, AML, accounting, company, complaint, and service records. Where data is deleted from active systems, a copy may remain in secure archives for the period the law allows. MYCO will explain if a request cannot be completed in full.

For more detail on how personal data is collected, used, and protected, see the MYCO Privacy Policy.

If you are not satisfied with how a data request has been handled, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). MYCO is registered with the ICO as a data controller (registration number ZA219698).
