How does MYCO handle payment card and bank details?

When you pay MYCO online, you may be transferred to a secure payment page operated by Stripe. That page may look like part of the MYCO site, but card processing is handled by Stripe.

MYCO does not store your full credit or debit card number, CVV security code, or full bank account details on its own systems. Payment card data is processed and stored securely by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS standards.

MYCO may retain limited payment information needed for billing and support, such as the name on the card, billing address, last four digits of the card, transaction references, and receipt details. If you set up a direct debit, MYCO will obtain your clear consent before any payment instruction is created. You can cancel a direct debit through your bank and by notifying MYCO.
