First, check whether the payment was actually taken on your card — this is the most common cause of confusion. Use a fresh browser session, disable ad blockers, confirm card 3-D Secure completes, and check for error emails. If the charge appears on your card but no confirmation arrives, do not reorder — email support with a screenshot and time of attempt. If no charge, try another browser or device.
